Anyone know if JJs near blue water would be open tomorrow for a 50 bird sporting round? Also does anyone have any experience of the lessons there? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    New or S/H

The RFD nearest to me will let you take out any of his 2nd hand guns for the day to try for £5 each. Good way to check fit etc. May be worth asking at your shop to see if they will do the same!

Hull superfast are good in fibre. Use those on my farm shoots for clay get togethers!

This could turn out very expensive

Yep, good but sounds expensive. I am taking my mrs down the club when we can eat away from the kids. She has fired my rifles but never a shotgun.

Recommended gun shops in the southeast

Country way -west malling and saddlery and gunroom -biggin hill. In that order mate. Forseys is fine unless you go at the weekend! Service is nowhere near as good as in the week.

What are these used for ?

Always used them. Got them for free with an o/u so just kept on using them. Did just pay out for a new firing pin though on the 2nd barrel at the same time as getting it serviced (still had its original from 1977)!

    FEO

So, put in for my SGC a few months ago and got a visit from the FEO next week. Any ideas about what he will ask? What should I get clued up on before hand? Safe is in and secure- just the 'interview' bit I am slightly concerned about!

    Silver pigeon

Thanks for that. Makes perfect sense. Carrying the weight should not be a prob as I am used to carrying a heavier air rifle around with me anyway. How does the length of barrel make a difference?

    Silver pigeon

Hey everyone, Have now made up my mind to bite the bullet and buy a bretta silver pigeon. When looking at them there are loads difference in price. Even after a few hours of research, struggling to determine the differences between them. Will be mainly used for clays but will be shooting...
