Adjustable but pad

Hi all, 

I am thinking of getting an adjustable butt pad. I just want the gun to be closer to my face when mounted as I have a long neck. I shoot sporting. 

I dont want to cut my stock. 

Can you reccomend a good lite weight option?

Having a similar issues of late. I discovered I can get a spare stock for not much money and hack it into what I need, then if anything goes wrong I want to trade the gun, I can simply replace the stock

Jones through the pad adjustable . Alan Rhône sells them you can just post your stock off to Rhone’s  and have it fitted .

I believe it is the lightest there is.
