Will do yourself a favour stick with the one gun

pick the one you really like and you've shot the best with sell all the others

buy 5000 shells and just get out and fire

Absolutely. That was always the plan. It was just perhaps that after 7 years, I would pick a new "one gun", then stick with it. Circle complete, back with the original tool which is now at the doctors having all the little bits of care it needs, plus a touch of cast added (which it always needed). The 5000 cartridges are in my stock and waiting to go! ?

Will fair play to you

not trying to tell you how to sucks eggs at all just trying to be helpfull

I thought that was what the forum was about maybe I'm wrong

I sold my dt 10 last year one week after winning the south west fitasc championship last autumn

everybody thought I was bonkers and waiting for it to all go pear shaped

luckily the new parcours is doing what I bought it to do

my point is I got rid of the old gun so I wasn't tempted to grab it after a bad day

All the best with the perazzi and your shooting

Cheers, your opinion is welcome, apologies if it ever looked otherwise. Can't wait to get settled back in. It is all about one gun as you say. I was getting very comfy with the borrowed Blaser, having shifted the weights to make it just under 8.5 lb and balanced right on the pin (so, very conventional wisdom there..). I would happily have kept going with a new one, but it meant buying one and selling the P gun, which feels very similar, so it made no real sense. I now have a weeks holiday, where I will be sat round the pool sadly dreaming of balls of dust. ⚫️??

My apologies Pete, my post was tongue in cheek (my strange sense of humour) and never meant to suggest that your comments were either demeaning or unwelcome. You are correct, this is what the forum is all about.

had a barn door day at dorchester on sunday, only shot a 60 worst i have shot in years

yes it was very windy and i just seemed to struggle to get in as far in front of things as i wanted.the 2 stands at the bottom were worse.

2 high crossers dropping to the left, could feel the wind pushing the gun in the opposite direction to me!

and the bloody rabbit on the other stand, tried everything just didn't hit it once and they are usually one of by best targets.

oh well there is always room for improvement this weekend
