Hello all
My Brother owns a Beretta Silver Pigeon Deluxe. He's had it about 2 years now and tends to use it for his game days. He shoots a Beretta Auto all year at the geese, crows and Pigeons.
He had been shooting geese and wiped it down with an oily rag, only to find that the barrels had specks of rust on them a few days later.
He shot his O/U at game all this week and last week and gave his gun the cursory spray and wipe, but has got up to clean it and his prize Silver pigeon now has rust spots on his barrels.
Now from my perspective, I have shot in almost everything the weather can throw at me, yet my Mk38 Trap remains as clean as a whistle.
How will he go about getting the rust spots off and how can he prevent it happening again?
Cheers
