I have a fishing bag. Can easily get 300 shells (not that I ever carry that many) and side pockets for various bits. Cost about £20 and is infinitely better made and more waterproof than the standard clay shooting type makes.

I also have a fishing bag.  Totally waterproof, can hose it down when muddy, LOADS of room for cartridges, and everything else we take.  Have lots of pockets so can keep all the 'bits and pieces' in separate places and most importantly the biscuits for my dog and other dogs I see on the way.
