Cartridges for Trap

Saturday brings my first attempt at Trap shooting, apparently ABT and OT if that means anything ( going with a friend who is a Keen trap shooter)

i have been told to pick up some trap cartridges in advance, my local store has most gamebore cartridges in stock, should I choose dark storm or platinum trap, I am keen to not have Lumps kicked out of my shoulder

Anything in 7.5 will do but for ot comps you need 24grm,for practice it doesnt matter.My personal preference are fiocchi fblack 24grm 7.5.

I would pick the cheapest 7 1/2s in the shop.

Just bought some Kent (Gamebore) MM something or other, (it equates to 2016 in Roman numerals)  7 1/2's plastic wad, £139.00/1000. They will do you.

Oh, and if you have multi chokes, 3/8 and 5/8 or 1/2 and 3/4 .

ok great, I think they are pretty much the same price... Thanks for this I didnt think about chokes, better change to 1/2 amid 3/4
