Honest..... If you brew it right.....and this has been going since Rhubarb time last year....(it was a bit of an experiment dreamt up during a meal amongst pals....aka.....hic.... :wink: ) .....but actually it is Pukka..!!

And becoming my fav tipple..!

 
I really dislike rhubarb, so will have to take your word on it.
Since this started as tips and hints:
If you want to try a revolting sounding tipple, or even a nice sounding one (coffee vodka, lemon and rosemary gin) and don't want to wait a year for it to be ready, try a small batch nitrogen infusion. Get a cream whipping canister and a few ampoules of nitrous (available at all good catering supplies stores), throw in some good vodka, some juniper berries, and your chosen flavourings (or rhubarb), add the gas, shake gently and leave for about 10 mins. Release the gas and voilá, flavoured gin. Works with other booze and most flavourings.
