Jeremy has hit the nail on the head "the guns ability to shoot sporting birds"if they aint good birds let them get up before shooting ,its that simple.

You get a pheasant take on the whole line of guns(particularly here in high bird country they get away with it) That bird ran the gauntlet and lives to fly another day. A reared duck chased off his pond just circles hoping to land. No matter how high he gets people keep shooting at him. There is no let up until he either flies away or is killed. No one takes their hat off to him and lets him on his way because he has won.
