Don’t know where you’re based ? We have a thing called next door neighbourhood thing . Facebook, e bay , gumtree. loads of golf carts manual and electric . Just look for one with wide wheels. Hope this helps
When I first got my trolley I used a bit of 4 inch soil pipe at the bottom and 6 inch bit at the top and just use the bag straps on the trolley to hold them on
