I got about 30 seconds in and had to switch it off. Typical yank rubbish.

Over-complicating something that is perfectly simple and straightforward.

It look's to me that you wouldn't get many clay's into the gap between muzzle and target on Bender's video. Clay's being 4" , 4' would be 12 clay's in the gap

There's more than one way to skin a cat, if you shoot a sporting stand of 10 birds they're all doing the same thing... how many shooters approach them in exactly the same way..? Skeet is like all clay shooting and many other sports, get the basics nailed and work on developing your own style that gives you the results.

"looks a bit more than 4ft to me on the video, but I am assuming this is nssa speed"

Fuz, be careful not to overcomplicate it.

I have always used the same leeds for ESK and  NSSA, its just that with NSSA your gun should be moving faster to maintain the lead.

Also, I don't even change my leeds for the different gauges, shooting 12g, 20g, 28, or even .410

Concentrate on getting those important 25 x pictures sorted and planted in your brain. Of course, stance, hold point, kill point etc will all help you to achieve consistency, but most of all, get those sight pictures sorted.
