That score was not that bad on the day. Remember scores are only ever comparable to others on the day.

Ian me old mate,the score was total sh*te but thanks anyway pal,at least only two Dorset lads got above me! Next year I intend to do more registereds,because Sundays are easier now. I doubt that I will venture too far though, cheddar, SC,possibly bisley. I have to say that I hate driving these days and it costs a fortune too! I will probably try some dtl at axminster with Garry foster (Garry 2749) and I shall try some new abt in the winter too. I haven't shot much in the winter, well not since the 90's. By next year I hope to have found a little of my old form!

A vicar!!!! Nice one! No I'm far from a vicar mate! Sundays used to be the day that I had access to my kids from a previous marriage, then after that it became a day for getting sober in the moorning before hitting the pub in the afternoon. I sometimes have bowling practice on Sunday too, I bowl in a ten pin league team. Seems to involve beer too, strange that.......

Yeah after that period other things seemed to take up Sundays,not just the pub either! Things such as gardening,bowling,relatives visiting,weekends away,shopping,caravans etc. They all absorb time mate,at least in the week I can escape almost whenever I like,its been like that for a long time now. I've met and shot with quite a lot of top shooters on weekday practice over the years and because its a practice day they often have more time to chat,which is nice!
