I do think the Olympic/Commonwealth aspirations are a lot tongue in cheek and also no doubt exaggerated by the media cos it is more of a story than just 'Mel Sykes takes up shooting'.... To be fair, it's got people talking (I've heard a few non shooting types mention it), so that can't be a bad thing...I'd be happy to shoot alongside her and if she develops any shooting injuries, I would be more than happy to offer advice....
