Spot the odd one out - it's where you finish up when you start buying Mirokus. Before you ask - I was just checking the chokes were finger loose.

People ask me what are the screws for?

I tell them they mark the edges of the trapdoor....

I will now attempt an upload of the Miroks, can't get decent pictures of them.

Matt - I'm running out of upload space, can I have some more please - double should do.

Waits...

Quick the mrs is coming back, better tidy up. Or she'll make me go shooting at weekends again.

That's what happens when you go rooting in number 2 cabinet.

Matt and Salopian are watching - shall we play spot the trapdoor again?

Another clue - it's oval and has two springs compressed under it so it just motors up but Salopian would know that - master gunsmith and APSI instructor.

Looking into it... I thought it would be a one-click job, but alas...

No problem Matt, I've never been in on a Saturday before.

A mix of Miroku 3800 and Miroku ORE 600 there but those who asked for the pics will know the difference. Still never assembled them, the packing grease on the barrels seems easily wiped down.

Lovely guns you have there 40UP   , a mate of mine shot nothing but Winchesters back in the day and I have a lot of fond memories of them too. They're one of very few guns that open like a RR from new, makes others look agricultural by comparison.
