I need some help please
A friends father passed away on Friday.
He asked me to help with his gun collection

One gun has me stumped.
MIroku MK60 trap.
Hi rib
Fixed choke.
Looks grade one.
I can't find any for sale to help with its value Can anyone help please.

The other guns are for sale.
Perazzi SC1 Skeet ported top and bottom
Remington 1100 skeet
Remington 58 full
And the Miroku
All available.

MK60 trap? may be a fairly rare gun, got to be similar money to an MK38 trap but the advantage of a high rib (whats the year code?)

Don't suppose its got a cast on stock has it?

Fairly straight stock
I guess at around 14 inch lop as it comes up lovely for me.

I've seen a few 6000 high ribs in action over the years, but they were rare. I should think the MK60 will be rarer still. There's a 6000 trap on Guntrader for £695 if you haven't seen it.

Just looked at that on the Facebook group wondered why it was up for offers.

Looks like my 6000.
Yes Nic, looks exactly like a 6000 except I thought 6000's had no rib between the tubes, never seen any other Miroku with a top rib like that though, only the 6000. Maybe it was for a non UK market or something.

It may have been a changeover gun apart from the label my 3800 is an mk38 they may have stamped mk60 but it being a 6000 mid rib is unusual for a miroku though. Got to be worth £6-700 of anyone's money

Spot the difference (only one I can see)
