Thanks. First round I was getting used to some very different birds to the ones I've shot before. It was fine, except between rounds some twonk turned to me and said brightly: "I see you're having some problems." I don't know what he expected me to say to that or what he expected to achieve but I wasn't in the mood to take advice from someone who's never even seen me shoot before. Rounds 2 and 3 were fine and I was having fun. Round 4 we had a delay to get the low house bird fixed, and it went on a bit long into lunch time for me. I should have taken a cereal bar with me. That plus the arrival of a very noisy bus made it hard to get back into it, so that was my worst round. But a good experience, and not bad for my first registered on a new ground in a discipline I've only been shooting for a dozen hours!"I can't wait It's all new and exciting to me. I'm probably going to get completely overwhelmed and disgrace myself with 12s, but hey! I'll be there."
Hi Liz - see that you shot the Intercounties today.
Well done, and hope you enjoyed it ?
