New Member from Manchester area

Hi all, it’s good to finally join the forum, I’ve been following it for quite a while but I received my certificate last Monday so decided to join. I bought my gun last Tuesday from Kelbrook Lodge and went and shot a few cartridges on Thursday. Really enjoyed it but noticed the other shooters were all in pairs which is obviously much better. I’m an absolute novice so was wondering if anyone in the local area (Manchester) and also fairly new to shooting, or experienced for that matter, would like a companion to shoot with, either at Manchester Shooting Club or Kelbrook Lodge or anywhere fairly local for that matter. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

Kelbrook lodge is my local ground and I usually shoot solo aswell. I normally only manage to go shooting once or twice a month due to family and work commitments, however I would definitely be interested in meeting up for a round of clays. I've been clay shooting for a couple of years now, but still very much consider myself a novice, so it might be a case of the blind leading the blind, but I'm sure we'll figure it out.
