salopian i always put me *** behind me ear before i call for the target and sometimes even put it out before putting behind ear.

40up just a bit of ut at cloudside,im experimenting over winter to see if i can make myself enjoy trap,the momentum in the disabled class is with ot and its looking like things are going well enough that the paraolyimpics could be a real posibilaty so its something that ive got to give a real go at or i will miss a lot of the exposure it will bring.

 I had a look at Paul today and gave him some help, recommended that he contacted you and maybe came under your wing. Perhaps a day at Sealand will be beneficial. But first he needs to sort his stock and gunfit out. He needs your input and advice please. I will let him explain.

 I am happy to help him but conscious of information overload and too many cooks.
