You're right actually, personally can't get the karate chop right either but find necking the only reliable way.Ha :fie:

I agree different things suit different people. I think though that it's interesting to question and ask what the top shots do, they may do things differently from each other (I suspect really they do things quite similarly though), same as it's interesting to hear what other people do on this forum, it's not hero worship, think that's the point of forums to ask questions. I agree changing technique just because one person does it and they are good probably isn't going to help you, but they are at the top of their game for a reason so looking and questioning the good ones as a whole may bring about some enlightenment into why I missed that sitter, then again it might not (not really talking about chokes, just in general)A - They don't know what they're talking about

B - Different things suit different people.
I don't do hero worship, so I won't do something just because a top shot does it, especially when other top shots do it completely differently.
