Top technology. Draw it up in solid works. Save the file for future adjustments. Hit print key and 10 mins later out it pops finished.

What material is it made from? Are you talking this 3d printer stuff? Is it brittle? Does it polish to a shine? Will it last after recoil?

So many questions, so little time!!  :prankster:

Plastic / polypropylene string on a roll. Prints in layers. Black shiny finish needs a bit of finishing but very easy. Yes 3d printer stuff. Not brittle but is porous can be painted. Yes can be polished. Comes in all colours. Fits in between original pad and wood.

Are we talking  - Home 3D printer? or Commercial 3D printer (SLA)    or the uber super Laser Sintering 3D printer (metals)

the results from 2 & 3 are stunning :)

:santa:

My brother has used and designed the tech that makes similar from plastic beads thrown in a hopper! He works in aero space! Said it would make a full gun stock to pretty exact fit of original or different if required!! The beads do cost a few quid though as can withstand 500 g force so I don't think recoil would be an issue!!

Taking the Mystery out of pitch(on you tube),may be worth a look.Cant get the link up, I am as good with a pc as I am at setting up a shotgun.

Fitted spacer gun pointed high, dropped comb a bit to compensate.

Went shooting, raining windy, everything felt better, scores up. 25 at skeet on first go. Compak Fitasc much improved.

Don't know if it's the pitch alteration of I was just having a good day.

Will persevere and see what happens.
