Circumstances outside of their control leading to immediate closure.

Same, one I was planning on visiting as fairly close to relatives but I'm still waiting on a certificate.

I don't believe they've given any detail on why it's closing.

For the record, the landowner exercised a clause in the lease between them & my landlord to end all activities on the site which included the shoot, hence the reasoning for the closure.
There is a proposed road network being put inplace & more local developments planned which was probably the deciding factor for the future of the whole site.

Sorry to hear about this. I've never been to your shoots Phil but hear lots of good things. Wishing you the best for the future and hope you will continue with another site.
