I'm a sucker for chokes,the world's worst.

I tried Mullers and found them to be excellent especially the U2 for Sporting but thought them to be a bit light if you like a bit of weight out front..

I thought I was changing my auto so I sold the Mullers then didn't sell the gun so I tried a Pure Gold and am very impressed with it so far.A couple of inches on the barrel length and it weighs 3 ozs.

I haven't 'invested' in anything else except bacon butties and coffee and cartridges. Still using Olympics.

Vic.

New 682 Gold E 32" a couple of weeks ago.

Being a bit of a choke tart I've also bought some IC and LM Briley chokes for my 28 bore Beretta game gun and 2xU1, 2xU2, 1xU3 and 1xU4 Mullers for the 682.

Now i just need to learn to shoot.

Oh god! Where do I start?

Admittedly I am newish so I needed to buy the kit anyway. Here goes.

Obviously a shotgun

Barbour featherlight jacket

Barbour fleece gilet

Musto jacket

Musto skeet vest

Macwet gloves

Le Chameau wellies (after freezing feet)

Couple of baseball caps

Tweed flat cap (must have)

Beretta gun slip

Beretta cartridge bag

Pelctor sportac's

Pilla Outlaws (amazing)

Prescription inserts for above (Ed Lyons)

1000's of cartridges

And a few lesions

I am not even going to try and add a price to all that as its £££££, but with anything i do its important for me to have good quality kit that lasts. And it's probably best to spend a few quid extra for good kit than spend twice. IMO
Well done my friend. Keep the cash flowing into the sport. It's addictive mate!

A Winchester SX3,a U3 Muller Choke, and a lightweight camo jacket.......hopefully there will be a lot less pigeons in the Reigate area by this time tomorrow ;-)

Being a newbie so far my expenditure has been on lessons. Although saying that I am off on a work trip to the US tomorrow and hopefully waiting for me in the office will be electronic ear defenders, cleaning kit, bore snake and gun sock. I would count my SGC as an expenditure but the buggers have not even cashed my cheque yet.

Hmm mine seems very boring compared to some of you guys!

Barrel work - forcing cones and choking

Stock work - mainly to the grip

Forend - hopefully Shaunmk38 can sort me there :)

Gunslip - original slip zip got stuck and then broke!

Cartridges - hundred and thousands of those!

What I need, new shooting vest, more lenses for my pillas, sponsorship :), oh and more cartridges!

Upgraded my shotgun from a Beretta Silver Pigeon 1 28inch to a Miroku MK70 Sporter 30inch
Looking to buy a pouch on a belt and ditch the skeet vest, although I am partial to wearing a skeet vest

I'm a fan of best possible comfort, I.e. least distractions. When it's really warm, even a mesh skeet vest is too much, pouches are good.

GavB,

You have enough problems, you don't need to compound them!

Surely Fuzz, if you manage a 100 straight you wouldn't want to change a thing; especially going for a Krieghoff!?
