yep, great day for running the dog and even better for having to work all weekend

Warm - dry - F1 - roasty - wine - winge - moan - bored - no shooting.

Cleaned the bloody Parrot out - got attacked / sh** on / called a Poofter.

Should have gone out.

I shot a very at a very wet and muddy Horne CPC thought it was CPSA (only reason I went) turns out it wasn't and at £36/100 for very samey targets and £1.50 for a small sh*tty coffee I won't be rushing back anytime soon

Most of their shoots are not reg.

I've shot there 3 times before all registered which I don't mind paying a small premium for. I'm in no way blaming them for my mistake of thinking it was registered I checked so fair and square my fault but when I shoot the same target on stand 2 and 3 (IIRC) thats crap and at £36 thats a piss take!

Court farm today? That shoot is odd.. Weird fast close stuff for half of it, and then really open stuff up the hill. Gatton Bottom isn't superb, but a better balance i think.

yeah it was at court farm, your right it is strange, throwing a clay beside a cage instead of in front of it or across it is just stupid couldn't swing the gun round due to the uprights

Horne is run by some very nice people who are forgetting people can tell what they shot at last time round, there really is no need for it either as they have the space and could quite easily tweak things to get varied presentations. It's not easy to bang in a 95 but it is samey. :hmm:

I shot hornet in the driving rain yesterday. Nice 100 bird ESP Reg. Great first 5 stands only dropping 4 birds, then it all went to sh*t, much like the parrot in an earlier post (beautiful plumage on the Norwegian blue".

Finished on a 69ex100 which I was very happy with considering conditions.

Having shot 3 reg's now I can ask nicely for a temporary classification from the CPSA. Class C so the only way is up!.

Well shot! I think my fifth ever reg was at Hornet and I hit 46. It was a pig though..
Def worth getting your classification, as your timing is just wrong and you will otherwise wait until June if you just leave it.
