We had an unfortunate kid at school named Richard Soul who used to have a similar reaction when called by his initial and surname.

We had a florists in my town that was owned by Peter Nurse, and his wife, Andrea Nurse.

Their van had "A.Nurse & P.Nurse" written on the side!

Oh how we laughed. ;-)

I can report this was all in my head and in fact it was not a shooter but someone Tony worked with whose name was Wayne King and he used to get extremely agitated if people took the p out of his name.  He apparently threw a chair at a co-worker one time and had to be held back.  Of course this did not deter them at all from messing about with him.
OK Sian, I give up. I have studied this for almost 2 days and nowhere can I find a 'p' in Wayne King !

briefly returning to topic... (sorry folks..) the thing I dont get is that everyone moans about the cost of cartridges, yet those who shoot game loads are spending considerably more than they need to... go and buy 250 Gamebore Velocity and then 250 Black Gold 36gr 4's... theres  a BIG difference in cost!!.. go figure....

Some people get vermin shooting funded by the business. Can't get clay loads by the accountant though :)
