cover your ass and ask your FEO. It does seem the police are looking for any reason to take peoples certificates away. A simple phone call or email to your local FEO could save you a lot of hassle

yeah chemical bonding into the wall i used 10mm threaded rod (because the cabinet had 10mm clearance holes) just remember not to over tighten them and leave it at least 24 hours before you hang the cabinet

I can never see the shot if I'm shooting  but I can generally see the shot if I'm watching someone else shoot but sometimes if its pretty overcast I can't see it because its a grey cloud (the shot) on a grey background. as IPS said its probably better to just concentrate on hitting them.
