    guns stolen kent....

a battery powered angle grinder will make pretty short work of any BS rated gun cabinet. the home office assumes that your average have a go bugler doesn't carry one . my cabinet is placed somewhere you would struggle to "jimmy" it off the wall because it has no room around it but the 2mm steel...

    Ian Liddle Granger

I do believe its his party that has made all the cuts in funding to police forces around the country you can't cut funding and reduce staffing levels and expect the service to either improve or remain the same.  its just ain't gonna happen

Renewed, GP Fee, back door tax?

I completely agree someone can be sane one day and not the next, but it does seem in this instance that the police have asked for a professional opinion rather than a medical history for them (the police) to make their minds up from, at least that seems to be how the doctor has seen it. there...

Renewed, GP Fee, back door tax?

I can kind of see where the doctor is coming from.....  If the police are to take an opinion from a GP as part of the process for deciding suitability and something were to happen with regards to the applicant getting a firearms grant and then killing someone, it kind of makes the GP liable...

Renewed, GP Fee, back door tax?

is it me or is that pretty vague? "The demand for a reasonable fee may form a condition"  what condition? and on who's part (i.e. the applicant or the police) does this condition apply?

Sporting shoots. Where - and how did it go?

I shot southdown today first registered shoot for me, it was probably a bad idea to do it today since I haven't shot for over 2 months. ( 8 month old babies have that effect) shot pretty badly got 63 in sporting but I submitted the score card nonetheless all goes towards getting a...

SxS for sporting and trap shooting

I got a SxS that is nearly as old as my parents (1957 to be exact), I just happened across it in the local gun shop it was in good nick and cheap so I just bought it to have a bit of fun with and I can honestly say I don't shoot any worse than I shoot with my O/U, the only thing is it does kick...

Cartridge prices on the way up.

I can't help but think a lot of companies are going to try the "fall of the sterling" excuse to squeeze people for more cash a prime example, Unilever who were putting pressure on Tesco to increase prices on all their products because of the pound/euro exchange rate... it turns out that most if...
