I am glad my guns fixed choke so i have no way of being tempted,surely they have to put more metal in to take the engraving thus making them heavier? Damn sur they will appeal to Kreighoff owners  h34r:

No idea...i did check the date and its not 1 April this is the only reference i can find.

Probably, but in the 21st century bling trumps performance as well  as taste. I suppose they're just the ticket if you've got a sprauncy gun like a Kreighoff and want to stand out.

Apparently about a Grand a pair so the cost of a decent gun for a set,i did joke that the first lot would be going out to kreighoff owners as they would be daft enough to buy overpriced objects.

I admire the workmanship but as Charles has provided the perfect descriptive word meretricious  :biggrin:
