Glad you finally got sorted. I do not think you will have any problems with them,  UNLESS you decide to 'go electric'  !  Just keep them clean and all should be well.

Shawy................any feedback from the Vario stand at the Lancashire Show?

I didn't get there Simbo. The weather was atrocious. I've heard great things about Vario. In the meantime, my CENS Passives FINALLY arrived, a mere 8 weeks after ordering them. I tried them out the other day and seem good to be fair. I would hope so after that length of time!!

Any luck receiving them yet?

im looking into getting some just wondering what to get now, after reading your post. A few friends of mine have them and didn't have any problems as far as I know, I think they both had impressions taken at a show they were at, I should have got them when I was at lowther show but the queue was so big I didn't have time to wait.

I can go to a local audiologist and get the impressions done there for cens,  i did read the write in the clay magazine about the vario plugs but haven't looked into anywhere local that could do the impressions.

Maria they finally arrived after 8 weeks and numerous chase up calls from me. The service was woeful and the customer services were rude at best. I've heard great things about the Varios and if I could have got my money back from CENS after a disgraceful length of time waiting, I would have gone for the Varios. The CENS are good to be fair. So they should be. I could have built a gold plated Aston Martin in that length of time.

Finally had my ear impressions taken and they should be posted to cens today.

The ear specialist who took the impressions has spoken to cens and asked if there are any delays and they have been informed the wait time should be 3-4 weeks. If we count from the end of this week I hope to have them back by week commencing 23rd Oct. Fingers crossed!

Pleased to report my Cens have arrived last Friday 20th Oct, a three and half weeks after sending the moulds off. They come in a nice box with lots of extra bits Ill report back when I have had chance to use them and sorted out what all the bits are for.

Pleased that they arrived in a reasonable time Adam. I’ve had mine a few weeks now and I’m massively impressed with them. They’re really comfortable and do what they say on the tin. Shame the customer service was so poor because they are a great product. Good luck and I hope you enjoy them.

I was expecting them not to come before Christmas but they arrived yesterday and I got the checked and fitted tonite. Can't fault Abiliti hearing in the Langley park who did my impressions really good service.

Cant wait to give them a try on sunday.

Looking at the digital upgrade in the future ??

Glad you got sorted Maria.  I have to say that they are really good quality, and like you, I will probably get the digital upgrade at some point.  Enjoy!!
