I've just swapped over to Elley Superb from Fiocchi Top One's, they're a little more expensive but I do find they perform better, my wife shoots better with them too.

I have shot with Eley's for more years than I can recall but my wife and I have just bought RC2 trap7.5 24grm to try and I have to say they are very sweet to use, quick and smash DTL/Olympic trap targets with no problems at all. At £40 for 250, I thought they represent good value for money.Phil

Went out today for a little sorty, unusual for me at this time of year.Went to Hilton Park J11 M6, not been there for about a year.Very very good, targets well set, good angles and speeds.Shot it using Eley Olympics.I liked them a lot, good price and very good performance, impressive breaks on the clays.

There are no bargains to be had when choosing cartridges. As a general rule, the more expensive ones are sweeter to shoot (with some notable exceptions) and the cheaper ones are rougher on the shoulder (also with notable exceptions).Pay your money, take your choice. Its all down to personal preference at the end of the day.

Yep, I used Rios from Bisley Gun Club once when I was caught short. Nothing wrong with them and they gave good breaks when i pointed the gun in the right place /wp-content/forum-smileys/sf-wink.gif
