Great idea Fuz , I look forward to reading about your experiences

Thought I would start this one to keep any comments on my skeet diary tidy and in one place.

Any bits of my diary you want to comment, discuss or say is utter garbage, just copy and paste into this thread in quote marks. This will hopefully keep the site a little tidier and the original topic clean and flowing :)

cheers folks :D (maybe an admin could move Bryans post into here?)

OK - Done - but the system keeps things in Chrono order - so Bryans comment is above.

Will be following with interest as i remember doing the "shoot some skeet to help your sporting" thing a few years ago - hardly shot registered sporting since.

Keep the site tidier by having two threads about exactly the same thing... :ermm:

Nope one thread as a straight read through diary in chronological order and another to make comment and have discussion on :)

Tomorrow night after Tadley assuming the white stuff stays away down here :)

Here's a good tip Fuz.....try not to over think Skeet.. It's some people's biggest downfall !

But you do need to learn how to do it, before you can stop thinking about it ...

I tried a round today. Omg. My advice is that if the low house goes 25 yards up then lands on the ground in front of high house - and the high house bird hits the marker post; probably it's too windy. Fun though!

Which is why a totally mechanical robotic approach to shooting Skeet in the UK, will not always work, with the weather in this country always be prepared to adapt your style to suit the ever changing conditions...just my opinion of course... Your mental game however shouldn't be affected.

It was fine as a lark for a sporting shot like me. If I had been at a registered skeet shoot I may have been suicidal. :)

snowing like hell at the moment, this is gonna be a baptism of slushy ice :( Cmon Clever spill your score :)
