Don't understand why people think those who wish for a fairer society or better distribution of wealth shouldn't live in expensive houses ! I don't like war and the fact guns are used to kill humans, doesn't mean I can't like guns for other reasons.

Without guns those nutjobs on London Bridge would have likely killed & injured more people. And Mr Corbyn is not in favour of a shoot to kill policy - perhaps a double tap to each knee would have sufficed?

I don't really understand what the point is, along with any sane person I think those nutjobs were handled as best as they could have been under the circumstances, why knee caps when you can kill them ? I am not against guns, or their use in defence, I am against war. I've also asked the question before as to what anyone thinks shoot to kill actually means ? I don't believe Corbyn is against terminating terrorists but I'm damned if I think you can go round double tapping people who fit the profile willy nilly  :mellow:  and not make things a hundred times worse.

I know billionaires who supposedly live in "normal" houses, why should a person with a social conscience not live in a 3 million quid house, there are 2 bedroom flats in London that cost twice that.

Hamster the non thinking average tory will always have a socialist living in squalor... if the can make it so. Unfortunately for them some very good people have either managed,normally by their own devices, to extract themselves from a bad place or have been already in a good place but still hold virtue in helping those less well off. As for socialism being the politics of envy... don't make me laugh envy is the only driving force behind capitalism and the fat cat tax avoiding *******s behind the tory party.

To live in a £3m house and demand a fairer society is hypocritical. Why don't they start by redistributing their wealth if they have such a conscience? Bono, Sting, Geldof et al could all do the same. It might not make a huge difference but surely it's the action of doing so that counts.....

Brand wrote some absolute drivel, ripped off many loyal fans and cashed in at the height of his fame. Then preaches about socialism.....
