as it is stated above I have a question about insurance and cant see any area for this so here it is I have been told that some land I have has unknown restrictive covenants and I need to buy an indemnity for this to be able to sell.i have already taken out chancel insurance which was done through my solicitor at the time of purchase however they charged me 140.00 to set this up and the policy was only 90 when I questioned this charge they said they had to send two emails not bad work if you can get it.so I am looking to find a insurance broker who may be able to hael with setting this up.any ideas?
