Spotted this on Fleabay. Seems now you don't even need to qualify to wear the vest!!

maybe nothing sinister here maybe it doesn't fit as no name been put on back as yet.

I do however think the owner is somewhat optimistic that a fellow England team shooter will be looking for a new vest on fleebay. Better to put it on shootclay or similar.
