Shooting in bad light

Slightly on topic, but thought I would comment to say, did you know that Rome has a higher rainfall per year than any city in England?!

Makes you realise, we don't always have the worst weather all the time. :)
Yes because it honks it down for about three days of the year, and that's it !

 
Shot in very changeable light today and over large shadow in front of trap. There really is no fun in shooting in such conditions. Scores all over the place from 19 on one line to a 25 on last line when there was no light and consequently no shadow. I don't think there is a simple answer to shooting in poor light you just have to get on with it really. It would seem that after a few attempts your timing subconsciously alters slightly to take into account the fact that you see the target layer than usual.

Just my observations for what it's worth.

Should've come down to Rugby, the light was perfect for trap shooting
