hi everyone some more good news on this championship we are going to hold two qualifiers up north well actually at the village of woolley which is 4 minutes off junc 38 of m1 .

a hugh thankyou goes to phil rowbottom and family  for allowing us to use this special site on the weekend 24 and 25 august , i will be running an open 100 bird shoot over the two days with an attrative prize fund each day aswell as the white gold ,  for those that know the area we will use the woolley edge golf club for food and refreshments which is only a small walk from the shoot and car park i must say there will not be any shoot traffic allowed to park in golf club but ample parking will be available this really is a special piece of england so hope to see you there in august more details to follow.

remember the first round kicks off a week on sunday at westfield hopefully the weather will be kind

Your Northen qualifier is the same weekend as the Scottish FITASC champs...a few of us were talking about making the 5 hour journey (7 hours for some) down to Woolly Edge, but 10 hours driving and a day of shooting isn't exactly the best perpetration a day before the FITASC champs :(

That is a shame - trouble is, trying to find a date that works for Woolly Edge, us and the Golf Club there and doesn't clash with any other major is complicated to say the least.  We hadn't realised the Scottish FITASC Champs were on, very sorry.  :hunter:

Bummer!!! With a bit if luck I'll make it down to Westfield if I can manage a weekend shooting clays down south...

The food at Phil's Golf Club is fantastic. I might go just for burger...

wow what a different comp this is really good tunout for the first and weather was bloody awful

fuzzy nearly made the final shoot off by missing his last pair but well shot andy

the gold sector qualifier was julian morris and silver sector was ashley keylock well done fellas, with plenty of big names shooting just goes to show that anybody can win it - the likes of Chris Broomfield and Martin Myers falling by the wayside in the knock out stages.

So remember all you b and c class shooters who have never had chance to win any big money - now is your chance to have a go at winning the £3000......

Another day and some luck with the draw and it WILL be mine. I like the head to head format, there's probably not many C/B classers that have been in that shootoff situation and I loved it :) bit of pressure, 1 on 1 competition. Like Steve says anyone can win this, and I intend to!!!!
