How to get better?

That's not necessarily a good thing. It can cause you to 2nd guess your plan of how to shoot the targets. It's a mistake I still occasionally make. Did it at EJ Churchills this week, stand 1 pair of driven going to the left of centre. Chap before me took them a R-L crossers instead of driven (as I was planning). Tried it myself as crossers, missed the first 2 pairs. Changed back to my initial plan and smoked the next 2 pairs. Too late by then, the damage had already been done.

I like taking driven targets out in front and couldn't see them early enough to hit them where I would want to. Ended up shooting them really late as they were going away, dropped one of the 2nd targets - tried taking it a little earlier and was offline. Angle as a crosser was horrible, I thought about it on the first pair, but struggled to stay on line.

I shoot with my husband a fair bit, if he goes first I have to consciously not look at his hold and kill points. He shoots such fast swing through on most targets. my hold point is usually about where he hits it!
