    ips does a semi

Looks nice, I'm toying with getting an A300 but fancy the wood version.  Would be interested to know how you get along with it on clays, I'm a bit bothered about the narrow rib but in fairness I've not even seen one yet so I may be worrying for nothing.  It wont be my main clay gun, but I've...

    Irritating...

First pair instinct.....started to think after that.  Thats my experience anyway!

    New cartridges.

I'd forgotten about that one. Doubt any of them have a copy of Animal Farm.

    New cartridges.

I'd no idea socialists did that sort of thing, I always assumed they were more principled.

Slightly late in the day but thought you might like this, or not.

    London Bridge incident

If that happens I'm leaving.......Earth.  After Brexit and Trump I wouldn't be suprised at anything the electorate come up with....

    probably done before ?

I hear and agree with you, but in my case even though my gun fits well and mount is consistent the fact that I can just double check that all my 'ducks are in a row' before I call pull helps get my head in the right place.  Maybe it's just something I do, but I find it helps as part of the OCD...

    probably done before ?

I personally like a mid bead for the raisins Will stated above, but like he says use it for a quick glance/check only and then eyes on the target   When I shot Beretta's (no mid bead) I found myself in a constant state of dilemma over whether my mount was right or not....for me having a...

    Proper Cartridges

I feel this is a useful thread and thanks to Hamster for the OP.  If the objective was see if a decent, sensible clay shell (Hamsters spec looked good to me) could be produced to a sensible price, should we also be looking for a sense of the potential 'serious' interest? If the 'Proper' route...

    Good news!

Cartridges and fuel prices are coming down! http://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2017/05/04/commodities-slump-china-tremors-opec-failure/?WT.mc_id=tmg_share_em ....and then I woke up and it was all a dream......

    How young are you?

50 and counting.... Really bothered me turning 50 but it's actually growing on me...both at work and shooting you've still got energy and drive plus a few years experience as well... Well, that what I keep telling myself....?

    You couldn't make it up!

Every lens or frame ever produced by Pilla is the best ever, better than the previous ones which were also the best ever, ever thing.  I bought some Pillas recently, an older style but with the current lens 'tech' that I was able to pick up cheaply since my prescription had altered and I no...

    Aftermarket Chokes

Unless they are broken or damaged and need replacing I'd stick with the ones you already have. I've tried it, spent the money, couldn't honestly tell any difference.

    Best shooting ground

West Midlands Shooting Ground is the nicest I've been to.  I suspct a lot of people will naturally like the good grounds that are local to them. Can we start a 'Worst Ground' thread where you shouldn't eat the food....or could that be a bit libellous ?
