Hi all at Shoot Clay. I have been reading the forum for a while and as I am very keen to take up shooting once again after a 30 year lay off,I thought that maybe some one would be kind enough to offer some advice.
I took proper tuition from a good coach when I first learned to shoot and I have recently had a lesson with a coach at a shooting school, which went very well. My partner had a lesson too and it was the first time she had ever shot. She really enjoyed it and we were both keen to have regular lessons. Then a few days later my partner had a nasty accident and broke her collar bone, weeks later it is still not mended enough for her to shoot yet,so things are on hold a little while until she is right.
We have both recently applied for our shotgun certs and are about to purchase and install a gunsafe,so any advice on that topic would be well appreciated as would any advice on buying our first gun.
Thanks all.
