Have to say, rather than put me off being a client of Ed's, I'm more likely to rebook with him. It further demonstrates that he has a good sense of humour and on my wavelength, therefore I'm more likely to get a lot out of his coaching sessions if I feel relaxed. Had one lesson and have another booked with him, certainly won't put me off...
