he is a good looking dog that's for sure, we will make an exception for you ?

what's the story Ian. What's the pedigree etc.

lovely looking dog ?

Sire is an open winning dog. Grandsire is Mr D. Templars dog Clearmeadow  Flash Of Countryways, third in the championships. You can watch him on youtube.

Old girl only has a season left in her so its time to train a replacement and we are really itching to have a go at trialling so we wanted something with a trialling pedigree. This one has four championship winners in its pedigree.

We have another puppy to bring home next weekend too. Another bitch with a good pedigree,by a son of Bucleuch Pepper. I will put  a picture of her on here when she comes home. That will bring my team up to 4.

Havent shot for a while due to my partners injury but she is on the mend and keen as ever.

Thanks Ian.

that all, I thought you had a lot ?

one mad as a box of frogs cocker is more than enough for any sane man or woman ?

it's a bitch, that's part of the problem, called it Gnat because it's just like one, hyper,  it's waiting to be sent on another retrieve as birds were still being picked, but is still quite young there so only let it retrieve a couple

This is Pip and can be seen at all clay shoots Phil and I go to, she stands guard over the gun cabinet and will not let us out the house unless she comes shooting with us.  Doesn't do as much game as we'd like but loves it all the same.  Gets her dummy out when she fancies doing some retrieving.  Is our second Labrador from the Housty Kennels and like our old dog Penny is a wonderful companion and as all labs are, greedy.

Picture in the snow is when she was 10 months old and the first time in the snow, second one is more recent, she can sniff a pond or lake out a mile away.

donna

lovely looking lab, looks like a proper lab should, stubby tail, broad chest, chiseled head, not like a whippet with a snipe like head

thank you and balltrap for the lovely comments re Pip, yes, she is a proper Labrador, comes from excellent working stock and and has had excellent training.  I can take her anywhere and she's really well behaved.  I personally love her shape and size, as you say, just like a proper lab should be.

eze in her equifleece coat purchased at Lowther game fare to keep her warm and dry between drives.

just been out for walk and a short run in field in steady rain. She was dry as anything (apart from her ears of course. ?) underneath and the fleece must repell water very well as it stayed relatively dry. It is easy to put on and take off and it must be comfortable as she shows no signs of dislike and body movement is totally unrestricted. So I can report that early tests are favourable and that this is an excellent product. I think it looks quite good too, not your usual girlie looking coat.
