Westfield is a the best ground.. You should try there.

A bit further south is Brook Bank near Street. Very compact ground and totally flat. If you are going along the M40 then EJ Churchill have a golf buggy available via pre booking.

It is indeed a lovely ground but as the OP suffers from arthritis and struggles to walk on flattish grounds I fear that the topography at Westfield will be against him enjoying the place.
