Scores are up Matt Hance 137/ A class 117/ B class 130/ C class 94

Glad i am not in B class

Roll on sat weather is still looking ok

Shot yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The consensus was the tough stands tended to be clustered together so if you find yourself starting on - and having run of tough stands don't panic - it will let up! Yesterday afternoon was tricky in the rain but looking out of the window it looks like conditions have stepped up a tad. Good luck everyone.....

Half way report. Just done red course. Started on stand 2, which was the first of 4 or 5 really tough stands. Long birds in the rain and high wind. Dropped a lot including a zero.

It got better from about stand 7, but damage was done so finished on 51. Blue course to come which is harder for most. Seen some real complaining going on. This is a firm affair, wish I was doing it tomorrow out of the wind and rain. Still smiling though.. So far.

There are a few shooters I know who are shooting today, missing from the above results..... Hmm.....

Just finished, hitting 51 on blue also for 102.

Ben I hear hit 65 on blue.

Good shoot, once you shift your mindset for the difficulty. Cup of tea now..

My overall opinion was that is was a good shoot. I enjoyed it. Having said that I would probably look for a balance between this year and last year (i.e. a bit less tough than this year).

The best scores should come tmrw with lower winds and better conditions generally.

The red course was muddy still and can't see it changing. Really enjoyed the blue course but thought the red course could have been thought about a bit better some targets were very wind affected (floaty incoming white ones) especially considering the wind had been forecast from the start of the week. But overall a good shoot

Ben H was complaining about those long white incomers. they came from 120 yards out, so when within range to shoot, they were low powered and at the mercy of the wind. Probably OK tomorrow..

I see the 130 in B class was shot by someone with a BASC number not cpsa. if he was classified on the day it seems a bit of a low class,as he beat digweed on the red course.

chippy

Yes that does seem like complete cobblers. I saw proper AA shooters hitting 38 /40 on one course. 130 is a mockery score for B.
