How to assemble the MK7000

How do I assemble the MK7000 keyboard? I didn't get an instruction manual on how to do this. I didn't get any screws either

I can only imagine that the OP found this site on google, probably because he put in Mk70. Oh dear, not quite right. But it’s not as bad as when I wanted to upgrade my headphones and googled “gel muff inserts”. Quite shocking.
