I have read through the link you kindly supplied.however I am not convinced that it would work I suppose it depends on how much time and effort you wish to use and not forgetting cash along the way.if you have had an item for say three years a gun maybe and it develops a fault how on earth are you to prove it came with it when you first purchased it.the retailer also has the right to choose if it is repaired or exchanged and usually the cheapest in the case of say a beretta with a ten year warranty I think we can all guess what he is going to do with it.i think if it were me I would just throw it in part ex and carry on shooting itwould probably work out cheaper in the end.court costs and solicitors are not cheap
