Bit different from the old days when my grandfather's house had a 6ft wall around it with broken shards of glass cemented on the top!

So what about the places that have razor wire around the top of their fences?

I think that would be a de facto admission of a proclivity towards violence.  Prolly not the best defense.

And I'd suspect that the places that can afford razor wire can prolly afford the occasional claim to accidental injury by some innocent citizen
