Energy drinks how many how often?

anyway....... Energy drinks ?

I have aldis version of red bull, one a day cos I like em not cos I end up on a high. Cant report any change in shooting or anything else and blood pressure unaffected.

Define "energy". I'll have a sugar free Red Bull sometimes if I want a cold drink instead of a coffee and I want a caffeine pick me up. I don't drink sugary drinks though, they just give me an energy spike followed by a crash. 

Consistent blood sugar levels are best for me. I don't like pre loading  and it doesn't work for me for concentration so I eat something small every other stand. Low GI cereal bars, bananas, malt loaf, sandwiches... I practically take a picnic out with me now. Last reg was 5 hours so I was very glad!

His statement is a semantic pit to start with.  Out of context it the meaning is illusory.

well I do one a day and I am on meds for high bp and it hasn't effected my bp readings. Anyway that's in a Leyland rag and there all a bit weird in Leyland, I know cos early 80s I used to drink in "the Leyland tiger" ? remember that Dave ??
